Below are some of the most frequently asked questions by our customers. We will update this list as and when we are asked more ‘popular’ questions!

  • Do you have a template certificate that we can use?
    Yes we do. please ask by getting in contact with us.
  • Are your instructors First Aid trained?
    Yes they are!
  • How often is your equipment inspected?
    We inspect ropes and equipment prior to every single event, and we also have quarterly kit checks. New ropes are purchased many times throughout the year.
  • Can you provide copies of qualifications?
    Yes, please get in contact with us.
  • Do you provide your insurance details?
    Yes we do, this is part of the event information pack. You will receive from us after an event has been confirmed and we have completed a site visit. The Event pack also contains. Booking contract risk assessment, method statement and tailor made abseil schedule/time table for your event.
  • How long does it take to abseil down the side of a building?
    This depends on the height of the building and the ability of the participant. We will advise more accurately once we have conducted a site visit.
  • Will the ropes hold my weight?
    The ropes will not break under weight. The ropes could in theory take the weight of a small car.
  • Can I abseil I if I have a disability?
    We take each participant on individual merit. It is generally not a problem. If you feel you need any special requirements please contact us prior to the event.
  • Have you ever had any accidents or injuries at your events?
    No, never
